AIA San Francisco | Workshop: How to Practice Clarity to Build Business for Architects

Attend this 2-hour workshop with Jean Leathers to do some hands on work toward clarifying your firm's purpose. We'll walk through a 4-step process to:

• Get a sense of how your firm is positioning itself in the marketplace.
• Identify strategies for refining your focus for marketing efforts and business development pursuits.
• Identify several methods for establishing your expertise in the marketplace and marketspace.
• Learn an approach to cultivating relatinships that can help you to more effectively garner new work.

This will be an interactive workshop, so please don't come expecting to take a PowerPoint cat nap. Sharpen your mechanical pencils and be ready to chime in and accomplish some work together so you leave with some immediate actions you can implement.
