How to cultivate relationships that lead to work and a meaningful work life

Please join Jean Leathers for a 1.5-hour interactive workshop that addresses how architects and engineers can build business through meaningful relationship nurturing.

Each participant will receive a small workbook. We'll work through some exercises to help define our ideal clients, learn "buyer psychology" in the procurement cycle, and identiy strategies and tactics for nurturing relationships to generate work.

We'll work through exercises together and share ideas as a group. We all want to grow our firms, and yet we fall into the habit of thinking the RFP process is the beginning of the process to win work. Together we will look at how much earlier the client engagement needs to begin to get in front of the RFP process to build relationships based on helping one another, and grounded in trust and integrity.
