Q Do you work with other professional service providers besides architects?
A Yes and no. Practice Clarity occasionally accepts clients in the AEC Industry besides architectural firms, such as engineering and construction management companies. So yes, if we feel the fit is right, we would consider an engagement. We do not work with professional service firms outside the industry such as accounting, legal, or IT firms. We haven't worked in those fields for 20+ years.
Q Your website doesn't show previous projects or clients. Can you send us some samples or tell us who you've worked with?
A Samples of work are hard to supply because of the confidential nature of business strategy, planning and implementation. Clients appreciate that we keep our working relationship confidential, as well as the work we are doing together. If you're serious about engaging our services, let's talk. If we both feel there's an opportunity to work together, we'll be happy to supply references from folks who can speak to how we've helped their firms grow.
Q Your fees are a bit steep for our firm. Can we reduce scope of work to be able to afford working with you.
A Sorry, but no. Frankly, we tried it and it didn't work. The services we provide are packaged in such a way that breaking them apart just doesn't make sense. We deeply believe in what we do from start to finish. In our experience, implementing things half way does not get results.
Q I see that you require payment in advance of services provided. Can we pay half up front and half upon completion?
A Again, sorry, but no. We find we are much better at providing objective consulting advice when money is not an issue. We've also noted time and again that firms we work with are much more deeply committed to the work they do with Practice Clarity when they have made a financial commitment up front.
