4 Types of Management Statements

Develop a Position Statement for Your Architectural Practice

We all have limited time, resources and energy. If you only have the ability to develop one management statement for your architectural practice, focus on creating a Position Statement. When you are clear about who you are, what you do, for whom and to what benefit, your strategy, marketing and client development will become better focused and more effective. Everyone in your firm will be better able to articluate what the firm is about—far beyond the elevator speech—in a meaningful way that allows potential clients to say, “Yes, this firm could help us.”
